We had a leak outside our home that was leaking 30,000 gallons of water a month. I had to turn our water off for a couple of days. MOD was able to come out faster than anyone else I called. They got to my home at about 4:30 in the afternoon. A day before my appointment! The two gentlemen dug up my leak and fixed it and filled it back in a placed my sod back on in an HOUR! Great attitudes, tremendous work ethic, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC work.

These guys were great. We had a water leak in the line between our meter and house connection. Nia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was awesome. Very communicative and intentional in his conversation. What I mean by that is he wasn't mumbling, trying to rush through it or coming across like he'd rather be somewhere else rather than explaining things to me. They were able to replace my outdoor waterline without digging a trench (so glad!) and install a few other things to help my water pressure. It has made a noticeable difference within my home and we are so happy to have better water pressure now! Can't wait to see a lower water bill now that the leak is fixed too!

Call Masters of Disasters today to replace my water heater. They came in the afternoon and did a wonderful job. The techs explained all they were doing and in 2.5 hours they were finished. Great job! After the city dug up the water lines in front of my house a few times, the water pressure in my house became random. Sometimes I had high pressure and sometimes I had low pressure. When all my toilets started running and even sending out a high pitch sounds, I called Masters of Disasters Plumbing. The two young men that came out discovered that my pressure regulator had failed and my water pressure was twice as much as it should be. They replaced a few broken items. After two days of trying to find someone to come fix our air conditioning, we were referred to these guys. They were busy on several other jobs but found a way to squeeze us in, same day. They were extremely professional, had great communication and got the part and fixed the problem the same day. Was leaving town and hot water heater went out. They came to take a look at it 45 min. after my call and replaced it next day. Highly recommend for any hot water repair.

They also kept pictures of my old water heater months later for me to send to insurance...note to anyone that has to replace a hot water heater: send it to your insurance!

The Masters of Disasters were fabulous! They came in, they worked hard, they found the problem, fixed our leaky water line - not by just patching a leak, but by installing a new stronger water line. I had an outside faucet that failed. I turned it on and it did not want to shut off. After shutting off the water to the house I was able to get the faucet to shut off after about 15 minutes of working it. I called Masters of Disasters Plumbing because I used them for a water heater issue 10 years ago. When the plumber arrived he was intending to rebuild the faucet. It didn't take long to see that wasn't happening as the faucet was toast internally. After entering the garage wall he cut out the defective part and installed the new. When he was done, it was good as new. He cleaned the debris and hauled off. Just as with my experience 10 years ago, the lady in the office and the plumber that came out were highly professional and the plumber was efficient. These folks are honest and professional and they are the only plumbing service that I care to use. I do strongly recommend them to anyone needing a professional plumber. At the time I called Masters of Disasters one of our toilets would not stop running, and I had five family members coming from out-of-town for a two-week visit arriving within days. Our good plumber we'd been using for many years had sold his business and retired. Meanwhile the other bathroom toilet started running. I must have called at least five different plumbers, which I turned down due to outrageous prices, extended wait time and just unfriendly and too commercial. I knew immediately when I talked to Dallas of Masters of Disasters(she scheduled me) that I finally found my new permanent plumber. So down-to-Earth, kind, and was able to fit me in on their busy schedule ASAP. The prices were honest and reasonable.
